So, I'm back with Anja Andersen, the Dutch player. Here's the video as promised.

Remember that jump, throw thingy Wai Luen taught us? The tiring one, where we have to jump, catch and throw before we land? Well, look at this video, and watch how this team put that into good use. Very good use.

Alrighties. And girls, in case you haven't gotten the End-of-July-Piece-of-Paper or you haven't gotten around to reading it, here's a reminder. We have a friendly with Zat's team (yes, the whole team, not just Zat) on Sunday at Sports Unlimited. It'll be from 1-3pm. We'll be playing like it's a proper match so please bring your BLACK jerseys.
