Training Time : Week 3 August [ 14th - 20th ]

Handball training will resume this week guys and girls.. no more resting !.. everyone is lazy already ! including me myself.. hahaha.. so training time is as usual...

MEN & WOMEN
Tuesday [15th August]
- stamina training
- venue : Cempaka Damansara *backfield*
- time : 5.00pm - 7.00pm

Saturday [19th August]
- tactical training
- venue : Pan Global
- time : 1.00pm - 3.00pm

Sunday [20th August]
- Inter Handball Club League
- venue : Wisma OCM
- time : for girls please be there by 9.30am, match starts at 10.30am
for guys please be there by 10.30am, match starts at 11.30am
- for guys please wear your black jersey, opponent is wearing black as well but we have insufficient orange jersey
- for girls wear your orange jersey, opponent is wearing black

MEN ONLY
Thursday [17th August]
- friendly match with Cempaka Damansara
- venue : PAN Global *venue has been changed due to no booking at Sports Unlimited* TAKE NOTE! RM100 per hour after 6pm*
- time : 5.00pm - 7.00pm
- bring at least RM10 with you b'coz it doesnt include in the training funds
- bring your black jersey
