Training schedule [ 15 - 21 January ]
Yesterday, I attended a meeting about the handball competition and I think we still have time to train the girl's team and the guy's team we still can perfect our strength and formation.. So I will not conduct any training for this week, BUT Kaling might make a sudden training for the girls.. The guys won't be training this week.. Rest well guys..

NEWS
(National Handball Club League)
Okay everyone.. its good news for some in the team.. and also bad news.. I will be posting the rules and regulations as well as the match fixtures with all the team names in the league..
Rules and Regulations are as follow:
- They will be using the rules stated by the IHF(International Handball Federation)
- Every team can only have 14 players in a team, every match. List of players can be altered every matches
- Colour of your jersey must be different than the others. Therefore you must have two different jersey with different colour
- The match will be played 25 mins : 5 mins rest : 25 mins *diff than before, last time was rest 10 mins*
- Every win will be 2 points for the team, draw 1 point and lose no point
- If there are teams with same points, the difference in goal will be counted
- If a team is late for their match, they will be given 10mins, and if they still havent show up, the match is forfeited with the score 10-0 for the opponent
- Team which forfeit themselves in the middle of the league will be given a penalty of two years banned from entering any competition organized by MAHF(Malaysia Handball Federation)
- Players or team which causes rough play or fighting will be banned from playing the next match [BULLSHIT]
- The decision given by referee is final *so do not fight back* [BULLSHIT]
- RM50 must be paid to the organizer for every match played to cover the cost for referee, officials and court renting
- A payment of RM100 should be made before 14 January 2007 for each team as a deposit
- The deposit will not be given back as it will be used to pay the RM50 for the last two matches in the league

- our main jersey will be orange.. and the other one will be black
- the first four in the league will go into semi finals on the June 24
- there might be a loser pool for the 5th place - 8th place.. depending on the organizer

- there are many new teams in the guy's and also the girl's team.. for guys.. Black Squirrel team is actually a team from Tanjung Malim.. It is created by students from a university there name UPSI.. dunno what it means la.. Kinta, Peraliph, KL Stars and Pemuda are our old rivals.. but our most hated team is Harun Boy.. so guys.. i want full team during our first match.. Magnasoul.. hahaha.. they improved themselves like how we did as well.. so must becareful.. Vanilla Star is a team created by the Mat Salleh from Germany.. previously he coached Magnasoul's team.. now both of them are separated.. Bee Boy from Perak will not be playing this competition.. dunno what reason..
- for girls..Libra is still KL Libra.. last year's champion.. UKM i am not sure about them.. UITM supposedly is a strong team.. but i think the standard of their handball is not as good as i thought.. Harun Girl is also our most hated opponent.. for girl as well.. so we need a strong team to thrash them.. KUTHO is a University from Batu Pahat, Johor.. apparently its a very big campus there.. Black Squirrel... from Tanjung Malim.. as for UIA, i dont have any info on them.. Team Lion is team Putrajaya who competed in the Malaysia Open last month.. quite good.. but they are short.. so dont take it lightly huh..
- overall. i think for guys.. the teams you CAN beat are Peraliph, Magnasoul, Harun Boy and Pemuda.. just work harder than you can win already.. for Kinta.. we can beat them as well.. but just watch out.. they wont take it easy on us this time.. as for Black Squirrel, Vanilla Star and Gombak.. i will have to do some scouting info.. hahaha.. so yea.. we will take abt them later.. Lastly KL Stars.. ermm.. work harder.. be confident and feel lucky on that day =P .. hahaha..
- for girls.. i dont dare to say anything yet until your first match with Gombak.. Gombak is a very strong team.. =) .. so gambateh..
(Changes from last year)
- the court in OCM, apparently it will be enlarged.. ermm.. lengthen it la.. but not the width..
- for guys.. there might be another team joining the League.. so there will be one day that we will have to play two times.. good luck.. the team is KUTHO's men team..but no worries.. they will arrange like if that day we are going to play two matches.. they will plan for us.. we will play the first match and the last match of the day..
- the University Malaya's team might come and join the league as well.. but i doubt it..

This university from Johor have a very huge campus.. I've attended the meeting and the sports manager from the university said they will make a competition 2days long in their campus there.. it has a indoor court.. with 50m x 40m in dimension.. it is a huge court !.. so be prepared for it.. we might go there.. they will provide hostels for us.. but not food.. well.. food is cheap there.. it will be either around 1st week of or 3rd week of March.. i will update you guys on it..
(Other Competition This Year)
- KL Open is an anually competition.. but this time they say they will make more teams to join this competition..
- Inter Parliament ... never heard of it before.. but apparently its only for teams around Klang Valley..
- Lastly Malaysia Open.. its only for state teams.. but i doubt they will have alotta states coming to join the competition..
