Training schedule [ 26 February - 4th March ]
Guys and girls, you can take one week off as i wont be around this coming weekend. Your captain need a holiday. =) hehehe.. so please rest well to those who are injured after this afternoon's match.. We will have two days training on the next following week k? Be prepared, it will be once weekday once weekend.. See you..

- Jack Shen, sorry i cant sub you in.. the outcome might be fatal sorry bro..
- Hsien Loong, you made good blocks but make sure you COMPLETELY block it before rejoicing
