No training this saturday okay ?.. Sunday is our first match already.. rest well guys and girls.. eat the right food huh ?.. no clubbing the night before.. no foosball alex.. no midnight movies.. sleep early.. Check the options below..

Men's first match is against Harun Boys... whereas the women's first amtch is against Gombak.. *Refresh* .. Harun Boys are a bunch of kids.. okay ?.. same age as erm.. maybe Kah Wei's badge ?.. and Gombak is quite a strong team.. so girls.. be tough !..

advice :- be there by 1.00pm

time :- 10.00am - 11.00am

advice :- be there by 9.00am

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR BOTH GUYS AND GIRL'S TEAM

- girls be there by 9.00am and eat your breakfast early *7am?*

- guys, whoever would like to watch the girls or support please do so..the girls will be very thankful to see you guys supporting them..

- girls, whoever can stay to watch the guys or support them, its alright.. the guys will have like 200% concentration huh ?..

- for those who dont know the way to Wisma OCM, please leave a comment in this post *NOT TAGBOARD*

- girls and guys, bring your black jersey on that day.. wear white shorts thanks..

- those dont have, bring a black shirt with you.. *black T-shirt for sports*

- girls and guys, dont forget to bring extra money with you, you need to settle the payment for the glue and cleaner..
