Training schedule [ 19 - 25 March ] Training this weekend will still be the same.. No rest time !.. Guys got to work out more k ?.. and i think the guys will need to have a PROPER team MEETING.. !.. i will arrange that la.. and it probably be on Saturday.. after training.. see la.. please make urself free okay ?.. its about 1 hr.. PLEASE attend k ?.. NEWS (National Handball Club League) Hmm.. a sad weekend for both the teams huh ? I think the girls is a bit unlucky at the end there.. it was a tight match la.. and guys.. i got nothing to say man.. well at least we reduced the scored from previously 33-7 to 21-7.. hahaha.. defense was awesome during the first half.. and second half is good at the beginning.. and suck at the end.. well. .Good Play !.. HAHA.. - good job at the defense line there.. good defending.. - keeper did a very good job and Stef.. i hate to compliment you but i have to say.. good save for the penalty shot.. - that's all !.. see you all in training.. (Men's team) - good comments and bad comments ?.. i think bad comments first.. - Kenneth, i saw both the shots you made.. i am impressed !.. at least u tried.. well.. BOTH the shots.. blocked by the SAME PERSON!.. - Alex, work out more on your moves.. and make it happen NEXT match !.. - Hsien Loong.. hahah.. one play style.. well.. try another style ? - King, good basketball moves.. but remember.. we are playing handball.. be tough man ! - Eugene, hahaha.. you missed how many fastbreaks for us ?.. but its alright.. - Jack Shen, i am so sorry about today.. i was in a situation where i dunno whether i should let my teammates play or to save the team ?.. not to say you cant.. but most of the players wanted me.. sorry man.. - Raymond, you did very well in saving a few shots.. i think you are not used to those fast shots they made.. so its alright.. let them go la.. - Kah Wei, you squad down everytime opponent shoots.. hahaha.. i saw in the video man !.. cannot deny .. King also.. oMg. !!.. - Nicholas! you missed that one to one keeper shot !.. and no one was pressuring you.. - Okay, i am basically done with bad comments.. so now.. the good comments.. - VERY GOOD defending guys!.. i really mean it!.. just there are slightly a few misunderstanding but its alright.. keep it up ! and never give up in a game where you are losing two digits to one.. - Kenneth, good block !.. i saw that block... haha.. - See you all in training..
