Training schedule [ 26 March - 1 April ] Handball training this coming week will be one ont he weekdays and another one on weekend.. I'll be making two trainings because yesterday we didnt get to train.. Thanks to Kah Wei and his last minute notice.. Hope you guys can make it for both... NEWS (National Handball Club League) Guys and girls.. you got two weeks to rest and train.. so make use of these two weeks.. as the girls will be facing one of the toguhest opponents in the league.. KL Lion rite ?.. please come for both of the training.. Iphin is back rite ?.. please come and play with us... Guys will have slightly change in the formation.. so yea.. please come for training.. (Sportsvite) I've received an email from Sportsvite and it mainly asked me to help advertise their website.. oh well.. i dont think we will get anything in return.. but i think that website is quite useful for some of you out there..
