Training schedule [ April 16 - 22 ] Training this weekend.. ermmm.. i guess i will have one. .but you guys must check the blog on wednesday please.. i dont want to waste credit sms-ing you all again !.. it might only be for guys okay ?.. or both.. see la. .update yourself by checking this post.. thank you.. NEWS (National Handball Club League) Hmm.. what should i say ?.. hehehe.. ermm.. badly played.. but overall.. i think girls did better than the guys ?.. just that.. girl's match is the first match.. so many still busy sleeping.. or still in their dreamland.. the guys.. i dunno man.. all i have to say is the opponent was good.. no doubt that we lost.. here are the match statistics.. Women's team results - Cempaka 12 - 25 Lion - Zatesa [goal : 1] -9m throw - Lim Yee Teng [goal : 1] -1 to 1 keeper - Azzah [goal : 5] -1 to 1 keeper [x3] & 6m - 9m shot [x2] - Iphin Rangson [goal : 5] -fastbreak [x2], 9m shot [x2] & 6m - 9m shot [x1] Men's team results - Cempaka 12 - 25 Vanilla Stars - Wong Kah Wei [goal : 1] -1 to 1 keeper - Eugene Lau [goal : 2] -side shot [x2] - Alexander See [goal : 3] -9m shot [x3] - Yaw Wai Luen [goal : 6] -9m shot [x2], penalty [x1], fastbreak [x1] & 1 to 1 keeper [x2] Comments (Women's team) - Firstly, everyone were still lazing around and sleepy especially keeper (Stefanie Kok Ju Ean) - Defence was alright.. the right side did a good job covering the wingers (Steph, Finn, Ching and ShairEin) - The center well was quite terrible.. especially the one who plays front.. be more aggressive and push them out whenever they shoot.. (Shiv, Zatesa and YeeTeng) - Voice, voice out your commands whoever is capable to.. well i guess it will be better if the whole team can communicate.. (the whole team) - Iphin, nice goal, the one hit the post and went into the goal.. and it spinned back out.. =) but you made lots of ugly shots too =P - Zatesa, i think you are very tired this morning.. but, break the wall more often.. you should get what i mean.. - YeeTeng, nice goal.. not being sarcastic.. =) i know the feeling of scoring goals.. sometimes i do jump for joy too =) hehehe.. - Azzah, 5 goals.. impressive.. =) you are improving.. just that you need to catch the ball properly.. - Well Done girls!~ =) (Men's Team) - very surprising ? that Vanilla Star team is so much better than before ?.. Sorry guys.. i cant comment on myself.. you can comment it on this post later.. okay ?.. - Defence, pull a bit, dont pull a bit.. pull like a pussy.. push also use more strength la.. (the whole team) - Alex, i watch the 2nd half again.. i think your defence at the right center.. is a bit loose.. the so-called vietnamese guy.. break through like nothing.. - King, dont let their left center fake you with a jump shoot.. you comes out often but misses the tikus.. and you go to adapt to handball play style.. i still see the basketball moves.. - Kah Wei and Nick, hahaha.. their pivot is strong and huge.. no excuse.. but dont always depend on me to help you defend that big shit.. i already got 2 person to guard.. - Wooon Wai, learn to shoot far post.. Hard shots.. widen your choice instead of just bounce.. or near post.. - Eugene, you did well.. and omg.. you miss that fastbreak !?.. that would have been another goal for you.. - Sean, watch out for your near post.. and......... ermm.. that's all.. =D - Hsien Loong, i will be making a meeting this coming Sat.. attend it!.. we play back videos.. =) - Kenneth, did well.. defending.. attacking as well.. - Jack Shen, you did a very very good job at the pengacau position.. but try to work out more on your shots.. learn to shoot hard and aim far post.. widen your choice.. - That's all.. and one last thing.. guys please attend this Sat's meeting.. thank you.. - Whatever comments i made up there.. which makes you feel unhappy about it.. time is running out already. half the season is gone and still so far we're winless. we talk and talk bout winning but we never perform during the match. time for the whole team to start coming to train and work harder so we can improve more during the season itself. guys come on. the next game is a must win thing already =(

You're right la Euge. We need the team to come and train! Girls need to show some commitment. :)
