Training schedule [ 29 - 4 February ] hey everyone, last week's training was just some sort of game.. just to have fun.. i was too tired to even talk.. anyways.. we will begin our training again this coming saturday.. the thursday's plan is cancelled due to fully booked in Sports Plaza.. NEWS (National Handball Club League) Hey everyone, its important for you to know that you are part of the team.. so please attend the training please.. i still see many girls not attending training.. Atikah ?.. Ching Theing ?.. Yen Wei ?.. Kristyn ?.. got netball huh ?.. try to attend this coming week's one or next week's weekday training.. our first match is next week Sunday.. do you guys know that ?.. not excited at all ?.. i mean the guys are la.. but not the girls.. come on.. please attend training.. On the first match day.. i want to collect the money for the glue.. please bring extra money at least 10 bucks in your pocket.. the tournament fees 50 bucks.. that one the school settled for us.. NEWS (New Balls and Glue with Cleaner) hmmm.. another good news for everyone.. we got total 6 new balls from the school.. so it's fun training with alotta balls huh ?.. so dont lose it huh those who borrowed them from us.. and the glue.. its around RM 10.00 okay ?.. previously i said 8.30 rite ?.. that's coz i counted the glue RM 50.00 each.. but now.. its RM 55.00 each.. so divided and all.. its 9 something.. i make it 10 k ?.. i am not eating the money k ?.. in the future.. you will see where i spend those money on.. hahaha.. its for everyone's good.. hahaha.. and the cleaner.. i dunno whether we are going to pay for it or not.. oh yea.. so maybe it will be 10 bucks ah.. hahaha.. the cleaner.. hmm.. see la.. Thanks! -kaling We spoke Thursday, January 18, 2007 Monday, January 15, 2007 Training schedule [ 15 - 21 January ] Yesterday, I attended a meeting about the handball competition and I think we still have time to train the girl's team and the guy's team we still can perfect our strength and formation.. So I will not conduct any training for this week, BUT Kaling might make a sudden training for the girls.. The guys won't be training this week.. Rest well guys.. NEWS (National Handball Club League) Okay everyone.. its good news for some in the team.. and also bad news.. I will be posting the rules and regulations as well as the match fixtures with all the team names in the league.. Rules and Regulations are as follow: - They will be using the rules stated by the IHF(International Handball Federation) - Every team can only have 14 players in a team, every match. List of players can be altered every matches - Colour of your jersey must be different than the others. Therefore you must have two different jersey with different colour - The match will be played 25 mins : 5 mins rest : 25 mins *diff than before, last time was rest 10 mins* - Every win will be 2 points for the team, draw 1 point and lose no point - If there are teams with same points, the difference in goal will be counted - If a team is late for their match, they will be given 10mins, and if they still havent show up, the match is forfeited with the score 10-0 for the opponent - Team which forfeit themselves in the middle of the league will be given a penalty of two years banned from entering any competition organized by MAHF(Malaysia Handball Federation) - Players or team which causes rough play or fighting will be banned from playing the next match [BULLSHIT] - The decision given by referee is final *so do not fight back* [BULLSHIT] - RM50 must be paid to the organizer for every match played to cover the cost for referee, officials and court renting - A payment of RM100 should be made before 14 January 2007 for each team as a deposit - The deposit will not be given back as it will be used to pay the RM50 for the last two matches in the league (The Team Names and Match Fixtures) Men's Team 1. Black Squirrel team is actually a team from Tanjung Malim.. It is created by students from a university there name UPSI.. dunno what it means la.. Kinta, Peraliph, KL Stars and Pemuda are our old rivals.. but our most hated team is Harun Boy.. so guys.. i want full team during our first match.. Magnasoul.. hahaha.. they improved themselves like how we did as well.. so must becareful.. Vanilla Star is a team created by the Mat Salleh from Germany.. previously he coached Magnasoul's team.. now both of them are separated.. Bee Boy from Perak will not be playing this competition.. dunno what reason.. - for girls..Libra is still KL Libra.. last year's champion.. UKM i am not sure about them.. UITM supposedly is a strong team.. but i think the standard of their handball is not as good as i thought.. Harun Girl is also our most hated opponent.. for girl as well.. so we need a strong team to thrash them.. KUTHO is a University from Batu Pahat, Johor.. apparently its a very big campus there.. Black Squirrel... from Tanjung Malim.. as for UIA, i dont have any info on them.. Team Lion is team Putrajaya who competed in the Malaysia Open last month.. quite good.. but they are short.. so dont take it lightly huh.. - overall. i think for guys.. the teams you CAN beat are Peraliph, Magnasoul, Harun Boy and Pemuda.. just work harder than you can win already.. for Kinta.. we can beat them as well.. but just watch out.. they wont take it easy on us this time.. as for Black Squirrel, Vanilla Star and Gombak.. i will have to do some scouting info.. hahaha.. so yea.. we will take abt them later.. Lastly KL Stars.. ermm.. work harder.. be confident and feel lucky on that day =P .. hahaha.. - for girls.. i dont dare to say anything yet until your first match with Gombak.. Gombak is a very strong team.. =) .. so gambateh.. (Changes from last year) - the court in OCM, apparently it will be enlarged.. ermm.. lengthen it la.. but not the width.. - for guys.. there might be another team joining the League.. so there will be one day that we will have to play two times.. good luck.. the team is KUTHO's men team..but no worries.. they will arrange like if that day we are going to play two matches.. they will plan for us.. we will play the first match and the last match of the day.. - the University Malaya's team might come and join the league as well.. but i doubt it.. (KUTHO's plans) This university from Johor have a very huge campus.. I've attended the meeting and the sports manager from the university said they will make a competition 2days long in their campus there.. it has a indoor court.. with 50m x 40m in dimension.. it is a huge court !.. so be prepared for it.. we might go there.. they will provide hostels for us.. but not food.. well.. food is cheap there.. it will be either around 1st week of or 3rd week of March.. i will update you guys on it.. (Other Competition This Year) - KL Open is an anually competition.. but this time they say they will make more teams to join this competition.. - Inter Parliament ... never heard of it before.. but apparently its only for teams around Klang Valley.. - Lastly Malaysia Open.. its only for state teams.. but i doubt they will have alotta states coming to join the competition.. SHORT NOTICE FOR GUY'S TEAM.. I think i will change the team.. a bit only.. so yea.. just update yourself on the new team list.. i will post around next weekend after my meeting along with the match fixtures and other team name.. I felt sorry for Raymond.. so everyone, lets hope that his leg will be okay as soon as possible.. (Tournament Fees) Ermm.. about the tournament fees.. we will have to pay RM 100 per team as deposit.. because.. they scared we forfeit our matches.. so no matter what.. we cannot forfeit a single game.. the 100 bucks is theirs.. they do not have any sponsors.. so every match.. each team will have to pay RM 50 to pay for the court rentals and as well as the referees.. (Overall) Its all about money eh ?.. sorry we cant do anything.. i am not a millionaire ?.. if i am i will build an indoor court special for u guys... haha.. so yea.. overall.. we have to pay for tournament fees glue and jersey IF they are not sponsoring.. if they are sponsoring us.. we will just have to pay for the glue.. the one i counted down there.. are only for glue, deposit and match day fees.. jersey is excluded.. we dunno what jersey to buy yet..
