Training schedule [ 26 March - 1 April ] Handball training this coming week will be one ont he weekdays and another one on weekend.. I'll be making two trainings because yesterday we didnt get to train.. Thanks to Kah Wei and his last minute notice.. Hope you guys can make it for both... NEWS (National Handball Club League) Guys and girls.. you got two weeks to rest and train.. so make use of these two weeks.. as the girls will be facing one of the toguhest opponents in the league.. KL Lion rite ?.. please come for both of the training.. Iphin is back rite ?.. please come and play with us... Guys will have slightly change in the formation.. so yea.. please come for training.. (Sportsvite) I've received an email from Sportsvite and it mainly asked me to help advertise their website.. oh well.. i dont think we will get anything in return.. but i think that website is quite useful for some of you out there.. I think the girls is a bit unlucky at the end there.. it was a tight match la.. and guys.. i got nothing to say man.. well at least we reduced the scored from previously 33-7 to 21-7.. hahaha.. defense was awesome during the first half.. and second half is good at the beginning.. and suck at the end.. well. .Good Play !.. HAHA.. - good job at the defense line there.. good defending.. - keeper did a very good job and Stef.. i hate to compliment you but i have to say.. good save for the penalty shot.. - that's all !.. see you all in training.. Its time to get back to training.. Ermm.. it will be quite weird for the venue part and also the time.. I hope all can attend.. but if you really cant, dont push yourself..
